AADLC operates under a structured governance system that ensures accountability and effective leadership.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The highest decision-making body responsible for policy direction, leadership elections, and approval of plans and budgets.

Executive Commission

The governing board that oversees the association’s operations and ensures implementation of AGM decisions.

Functional Commissions

Specialized bodies that guide technical and strategic priorities:

  • ICT Commission – Technology and digital learning solutions
  • Governance & Finance Commission – Institutional frameworks and financial oversight
  • Business Development & Marketing Commission – Partnerships, visibility, and resource growth
