The Annual General Meeting is AADLC’s primary yearly gathering where representatives from all member institutions convene to review progress, discuss priorities, and shape the Association’s direction for the coming year. Participation
Each member institution designates official representatives, and additional observers may be invited by the host or the Secretariat. Registration details, deadlines, and technical guidance for virtual attendance are published ahead of each meeting.
